Meditate on affirmations every morning
Weigh myself every morning
Walk a lot and aim for 10,000 steps a day
Dress myself in nice clothes and do my hair and makeup well every day
NEVER eat alone, only with my boyfriend or my family/friends (important)
Don’t waste money on food for myself
Always fill my day with activities that I enjoy, to keep me distracted
Keep my surroundings clean and tidy
Never say ‘I’m hungry’
Never ask for food
Never binge or purge. If I eat too much and feel full, don’t purge. (It causes insulin resistance, bad teeth and a messed up digestive system)
